About us

The story of Helfi

"What do I do now?" I asked Dr. Diamantpoulos after he had given me the fibromyalgia diagnosis in May 2023. I wanted to be at work and continue to go hiking. "You need to stop stressing," he said. Then I went home and read and read. What I found about this hopeless and invisible diagnosis is that you have to get control over activity & rest, sleep & stress - then you can have less pain and can live as normally as possible. After working for 25 years in health and digitalisation, I know there are solutions - but I didn't find the right one for fibromyalgia. That's how the idea of Helfi was born.
