Can I get support if I'm stuck?
Of course, you can get support if you are stuck. Then you just send an email to support@helfi.no. But the solution is simple and intuitive to use.
How is my personal data protected?
All information is securely stored in a platform provided by Youwell AS. For many years, they have supplied solutions to the Norwegian health service and comply with all requirements. GDPR and retention of personal data.
What makes Helfi different from other health apps?
Helfi has been developed for and together with fibromyalgia patients, so that they can find the balance between different parameters in their lives. Other apps cover parts of these parameters, Helfi covers them all - collected in one place.
Do I have to be technical to make this happen?
You don't need any technical background to make this happen. Only knowledge of a smartphone and how to download apps on the phone.
What does research say?
There is a lack of research on much in the field of fibromyalgia. Helfi would also like to change this, by offering anonymised data collected by the app. The research that exists indicates that it can help with balance in life; balance between activity & rest, sleep & stress - then the pain can be reduced and you feel healthy.
